Must I be completely undressed?
No, you should only undress to your level of comfort, keeping in mind that you will be professionally draped at all times.
Will I be covered during the session?
Yes. You will be covered at all times except for the area of the body being massaged.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
This will be discussed during your consultation before the massage session, however, a typical full body massage includes face, neck, shoulders, arms , hands, abdomen, legs, feet, gluteal region, and back. Keep in mind that each session will be customized to meet your specific needs.
